add ip host group to VPN group tunnel access

This would be a feature request, I would pass your feedback to our PM team.

Currently you can only add IPs and Networks to the SSL VPN, but you can't import IP Host Groups

I would pass it, but if you want to do it you can 

1. Talk to your Account Manager

2. Talk to your Sales Engineer

3. Provide the Feedback directly within the product

So you can't add aliases to the VPN list at all?

i have given them feedback, hopefully they will come back to me
