Hello,
After 4days searching, I need to post my question here...
We changed from expensive MPLS to SSL VPN (site-to-site) between 2 XG-Firewalls.
Since this change, we have (only) one thing not working.
We have a printerserver (MyQ) running in HQ.
The printer in the remote office is set to login with Active Directory credentials = working
But with the function scan-2-email, it should sent you the scan by email.
The SMTP-server is set to the printerserver, it's sending mails to myqprofile@server.local, sender is email-address of the logged in user.
Somehow, the (XG-) firewall picks out the SMTP-traffic and tries to sent it as he's supposed to do. Which doesn't work, as myqprofile@server.local does not exist.
In the maillog I can see a bounced email: reason: unroutable address.
Is there any possibility to let the printer sent it's SMTP-traffic directly to the server in HQ?
(So no SMTP-functionality from the firewall is used)
Greetings,
Jochen
