How to configure the quarantine digest for a user which has serveral eMail addresses?

thank you for the links, but I know this docs already and the don't answer my questions.

I have already set up the digest, but these only come for the only email address that can be stored for an XG user. There is nowhere the possibility to configure more alias addresses for a user, or we just can't find them.

Also my question if there is a possibility to send an entire digest to an administrator has not really been answered.

Do you have concrete answers to this?

Thank you, but it is absolutely incomprehensible why such a basic requirement does not exist.

Please forgive me, but this is typical Sophos who currently increase prices by 30%, but do not implement basic functions.

The only thing that is ever sought is more sales for the investors and development that bypasses the market. Unfortunately very sad.

The sent link shows it also clearly, since more than 6 years (!) such a function is wished. No comment!

If your concern is security, you should take a look into Central Email. This is already resolved within a Central based approach, additionally with the security concerns like impersonation protection (BEC), customer training and banners etc. 

BTW: are you really want to micro manage all users? What is the use case? Shouldnt this be a job of the user to release such emails? 

Great idea to let the end users decide to release potentially dangerous emails. I never understood why this feature exists at all.

We don't buy XG Firewalls and run our own Exchange servers to use another product for simple tasks. Either XG Firewall is a professional system, in which case it needs such features (and many other features regarding the quarantine), or not. In this case I ask for recommendations for a professional manufacturer with products that have features that customers need and not features that only marketing wants.

Sorry for the "sharp" words, but in the meantime this non-customer oriented approach of Sophos is extremely tedious.

Why did you buy Email Protection on the Firewall in the first place? What was your decision driver not to look into Central Email as an alternative? 

It's very simple, Central eMail costs too much.

When you look at the marketing of Central eMail and Sophos XG eMail Security, you think that both have the same features (plus/minus a few subtleties). Therefore, the decision to go with XG was very easy.

Which marketing material do you mean? Because there are at least 10 features, i can come up immediately, which are not included in UTM/SFOS. 

When you compare, as non-insider (!), these two documents and the listed features, then you are thinking: Great, same features (plus/minus), so Sophos reuse their wisdom in diverent products. You don't expect a company to reinvent the wheel twice, but to reuse the technology it created once.
