WAN Port Frequently gets Down and automatically

One of Our customers using Sophos XG 230 V 19.0.0 firewall and configured 03 WAN links (One for backup and Two for Active-Active Load Balancing) but after the configuration one of the Active-active links went frequently and sometimes it always indicated down

When the connection is established, I tried to ping the GW and the ping failed. 

any have an idea about How to fix this.

  • You should investigate, why the Ping is failing. That is the cause of the WAN link is down.

    So if the GW is not replying anymore, likely the cause is to be searched on the WAN link (ISP).
