User authentication failed of Sophos Connect

Maybe you are affected by the Password issue in Sophos Connect. If you change the password of the user, does it work?

Hi LuCar Toni, Can you please confirm what the allowed Password requirements are? Reading different post across the community Sophos Connect with AD user and OTP have a bug that will be corrected in 2.3 update but in the meantime a simpler password seems to be the solve.

What is the current version of the SFOS you are using? And what is the current version of the Sophos Connect Client ?

Sophos Connect Client 2.2 is already out with couple of bug fixes, you may download it from here:
