Sophos firewall notification and automatic backups to email address

Hi Team, 
 I'm facing some issues regarding notification and firewall configuration backups sent using email recipient. 
 Emails are accepted by Sophos Firewall but never delivered, in MTA mode the emails are bounced and never delivered. 
 Can some one help?

Hello there, 
 Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community. 
 If you check the smtpd_main.log for this email what is the reason for failure? or in the GUI of the XG under Mail Spool or Mail logs it should give you an error if you hover one of the entries related to the email in question.
