Multi customer XG management

Hi,

We manage a lot of Sophos XG firewalls across many different customers and we are now at a point where there are too many to keep track of. Even with all the firewalls added to central we sill have to connect to each customers central to view their firewalls which is not far off logging directly into someone's firewall.

The partner central firewall manager was removed some time ago and although it never really worked well and wasn't developed still had the right idea for partners to properly manage many customers and their firewalls. We have also looked at the partner templates option which is fairly basic and allows us to deploy repetitive config but its pretty limited. 

Anyone know of a better way to manage multiple customers effectively, keeping track of firmware, alerts and device status even if its 3rd party?

Any information, experiences or advise welcome.

  • Thanks for your reply Vivek however the partner portal offers no central management or view of any type of XG firewalls, you have to launch each customer's individual Central to do or see anything and doing that 200+ times to ascertain if there is vulnerable firmware out there or something else isn't really feasible.
