I have a problem with SD RED 20.
In XG210 for RED interface after boot new SD RED, i have this:
Couldn't update the firmware. Reset the RED to factory configuration. If the error persists, contact support.

Thank you for reaching out to the community, delete the RED interface for that particular SD RED 20.
Re-configure the RED interface, and check the LED Status on the RED with the help of the operating instructions below:
