A lot of Rejected inbound emails; IP Address is Blacklisted

Suddenly seeing a lot of rejected emails.  Hover over the rejected in the log shows " Sophos Anti Spam Engine has blocked this Email because the sender IP is blacklisted"  These same senders can be fine within minutes before/after these rejected emails.  Adding them to an exception for AntiSpam is monotonous.

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    If the issue still persists, access the advanced shell of the XG (5>3) and run the following commands:

    service -S | grep smtp

    service smtpd:debug -ds nosync

    The second one will put the smtpd in debug mode, once the issue happens again, disable it, make a note of what email was passing through fine, then it got blocked and open a case with support with that info and share the Case ID.
