How to see IP address based usage report in XG firewall

Hello Guys,

We are using Sophos XG-220 firewall since long. We have a Active-Passive configuration.

For Internet usage, we have created multiple VLANs and All VLANs have multiple users. All users going through captive portal and login it's user name to access Internet. Some of users' devices' MAC ID bypass from firewall so they can access internet without username.

My Requirement: We can see detail internet usage report or logs of those users who login from captive portal (Report - Custom - User) but how can I see detail usage report of users whom MAC ID bypass from firewall. Is there any way I can see detail web usage report on IP address or MAC ID?

    Hi Amrish,

    Please navigate to MONITOR & ANALYZE-->Reports --->Custom here you can filter the reports Search in as  IP address or with username as per the below snapshot.

    As of now, Sophos firewall doesn't have a filter option to search with MAC address base reports.

    I am doing same thing which u have suggested but problem I suffered doing that is,

    -When I trying to generate report based on user name, I can see the detail report but when i trying to generate report based on IP address I can't see any detail log of client.

    I have attached both screenshot with this thread. You can see it.
