https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/virtualization/hyper-v/deploy/configure-virtual-local-areal-networks-for-hyper-v
You need to specify which NIC on the VM and make sure you set the native VLAN to 1(i think)
Use this on alot of Hyper-V XG's to get VLANS working on the ports
