RED not bound to this system

Dear All

I have a 03 no's RED 15 device and 5 no's 0f RED 10 device with XG 105 firewall recently with my the new license i have received XGS 107 firewall there for i have success fully add the RED 15 device and unfortunately RED 10 devices are not supported to the new firewall so that i stay with the old (XG 105) but my problem is affter connect the old one i have show error on red interface RED not bound to this system after that i was remove the 3 RED 15 Interface from the XGS and re added the one  RED 15 to old XG but its say key mismatch but im took the key backup please any one have the solution update

  • You need the unlock-code generated while adding the RED to XGS.

    You should have received the key by mail too when setting up the RED at XGS.

    If you really lost the key, your partner have to open a support-case.
