I am running into an issue where I uninstall the SSL VPN Client and try to install the IPSec Sophos Connect client and it fails/reverts back. The application has admin permissions, folder permissions, and is 'Unblocked' via properties. Windows 10 OS. Restart does not fix the issue. I think there may be some registry entries hanging around from the SSL Client that makes the IPSec one not install. Is there a way to check the install logs? It's 2 Users now that have the same issue. Does anyone have any suggestions?
