MFA - Can't scan QR

Could you please clarify your request? would this be at the Authenticator level, you can currently enter the values manually in the Authenticator app (Intercept X)

There is no option to copy and paste a code. Sophos FORCES you to scan a QR code, which I can't do.

you can access the secret code from the userportal, login with the user

or you can always inspect the website code when you see the QR code image. Just select inspect, e.g. when viewing the page with firefox.

In the code search for "otpauth://totp" that brings you to the secret.

Thanks - that's very helpful, I'll use the inspection. Would be good to have it in the GUI though.
