Remote VPN Users Unable to Download/upload files after upgrade to 19.0

It may be a coincidence, but just after upgrading to 19.0 our Remote VPN users are unable to download or upload to server files over 1MB. It is throttled or something and times out. And the remote user has to disconnect the VPN and reconnect. Users are remoting in via IPsec. Small files move, but are really slow.

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    If you’re able to replicate the issue, by reverting back to whatever version you were running before upgrading to v19, please open a case to get it investigated and share the Case ID.

    If you’re still in v19.0 try tunning the following command from the console (5>4)

    console> set ips ac_atp exception fwrules 1,2

    Where the "1,2" would be the VPN to LAN rule for the VPN users.
