Tapi behind Firewall Sophos XG

Question

Hello, 
 
 I can not get connection with Elmeg Router TAPI Driver from my client to telefon System 
 we use following setup: 
 Internet --> Elmeg Router which has a telefon system build in ---> Sophos XG Firewall ----> Local Lan Client 
 
 The client should connect to the Elmeg Router with tapi driver. If i remove the Sophos, and connect the client direkt to the router network, everything works. 
 With Sophos XG i have no connection. 
 Is there a way to setup Sophos to let the client communicate with the Elmeg Router with TAPI Driver from Elmeg? 
 I have added port TCP 5002 and UDP 5000 to let the client find the Telfeon System, but without success.

In the firewall rule TAPI > open it > scroll down and click on Create linked NAT rule and under the Translated source ( SNAT ) drop down menu select MASQ . And then check the results.
