IPSEC wont start automatically

Hi,

I've created an SD-WAN connection beteween two firewall from the sophos central. Once the configuration was complete I expected to see the green dot on the SD-WAN group but this didn't happend. I had to login and start manually the IPsec connection in order to start the connection.

Why this happened?

A few days later one of the two firewall went down and and when it came back up, the IPSec did't reconnect automatically, i had to start the connection manually as the example.

How can i do to prevent this thing?

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    Can you share the configuration of both of your IPsec?

    Also. you can check the charon.log and strongswan.log to find more information at the time of the issue, and to find more info on what might have caused this.
