How to direct the traffic of OneDrive and Sharepoint access to another public network

Hi,

I have configure policy-based routing for the specific application to particular gateway, but when I issue traceroute command in my computer, the routing is not changed, our 2 ISP have different DNS server, is that the reason why the firewall can not detect the traffic ? if so, how can we solve this issue ? thank you!

Does your rule have tracert in it or does the traffic use another rule?

The traffic use another rule.

So, does that rule have an sd-wan policy or does it use the default wan connection?

It  have a default gateway

So, there is no reason why it would go out the sd-wan policy, you will need a new rule for that type of test.

can you help to check if we order the web-filtering license ? I make a screenshot of firewall license,  we ordered the web protection license, is it the same as web-filtering license ? thank you!

Our Current Version is SFOS 18.0.5 MR-5 Build 586, does this cause the issue happened ?  

and I saw 2 version of firmware is available, one is SFOS 19.0.0 GA-Build 317 , the other is SFOS 18.5.3 MR3-Build 408, if we want to update the version, which version will we use, thank you!

I suggest you wait until June for the updates to both with fixes for known issues, then choose. V19 has some new features that might interest your company.
