Since the update to XG330 (SFOS 19.0.0 GA-Build317) the VOIP software no longer works over the VPN

We use MiVoice 2380 Softphone here at work,  I went from SFOS 18.5.3 MR-3-Build408 to SFOS 19.0.0 GA-Build317 and this is the only issue we are now having.  

The Software works just fine in the LAN including calling to the WAN  however from the WAN to the LAN the software cannot connect to the server.  The server is pingable und the firewall log files shows 0 blocked or dropped traffic.  If just no longer works.

I will be thankful for any insight or help you can give me.

    Thank you for the links but I think you misunderstand the issue,  it isn't the call that's the issue.  Its is that the software can not connect to the Telecommunications Server.  As I said above the server is pingable but the software can no longer find it.  It worked perfectly fine before the update. After the update it no longer works at all.
