Thank you for reaching out to community, please create a rule VPN to WAN.
Are you using SSL VPN or IPsec ? Is it a full tunnel or split tunnel ?

Okay, under the VPN to WAN rule have you created a LinkedNAT rule with MASQ enabled ?

Okay, can check the packet capture for the traffic flowing from VPN to WAN, to see if there is not any violation?
Monitor traffic using Packet Capture Utility : https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000035761?language=en_US
