Configuring new LAN and WAN ports

Yes, you can move the configuration of ports 2   and 3, and will move to 9 and 10 you can refer to the below link for the same :

If you have DNAT or WAF or other rules configured it might impact you have to update the firewall rules with port 9 and port 10 settings.

You might have to arrange downtime if you are performing the first time.

Make sure you are taking regular backup to restore the service

Excellent information.  It would be a good idea to review all the rules in place then before moving forward?  I want to make sure I know as much as possible about what needs to change before hand.  

Hopefully you use Zones wherever applicable so that you can just shift the Ports in/out of the appropriate zones and your (Firewall and TLS) rules still work. Things like DHCP servers IPv6 RA, NAT rules, SDWAN, Gateways, etc, are port-based, which I guess they have to be, unfortunately.
