Duplicate WAN port with the same Public IP

Thank you for your query, no it is not possible to assign the same public IP, if it is already assigned to one of the Port interface.
If you try, it will give you an error: "IP address is assigned to some other interface"
But, with the same network, you can give a different IP address to another port interface

Thank you. When you say give a different IP, you mean assign another local IP? Meaning, if I am on 192.168.x.x, give the other port 10.10.x.x? 

But the Tp-link will not be able to connect site to site.

Meaning, let's say you have configured a Public IP on Port2: X.X.X.1/24 then you can Configure the same network on another Port3: X.X.X.2/24...But not the same IP. 

The public IP, since dynamic, will keep on changing. E.g. 123.456.789.32

The other port that I will create, I can assign 123.456.789.33?

Yes, you can assign static to the other Port, but as you said that it is dynamic and keeps changing and then it may create a conflict in the future. 

Ok. But the purpose of getting another public IP is to get Tp-link vpn router (remote) connect to another similar router that is connected to this port we created at Sophos. The Tp-link router (remote) may not be able to 'find' the tp-link behind this port we created.
