Sophos WiFi Zone (Guest) traffic drop

Hi Sophos,

I have setup WiFi Guest under WiFi Zone with no limitation. I'm running with 100Mbps Internet here. However I notice if Guest user perform high bandwidth usage such as running 4k video or doing a Speed Test, the traffic will be dropped immideatly. But it will be auto resume within a minutes. Please help me.
