I'm on XG85, SFOS 17.5.17 MR-17-Build837
The article at support.sophos.com/.../KB-000041764 says
For SFOS v17.5 MR17 and later, SFOS v18.5 MR1 and SFOS v18 MR7, Sophos will not appear as an option in Network > Dynamic DNS > Select service provider drop-down.
But it still appears, and I only see a few options in the list of providers, not the larger list showin in that article.
What am I missing?
Sophos Dynamic DNS was dis-continued in 31 January 2022.

And XG Firewall 17.5 MR17 was Released in 16th December 2021
That might be reason, you may be still be able to see the option in SFOS 17.5.17 MR-17-Build837
