Profiles - Device Access -> Which right to delete "one time password"?

Hello

We're searching for a solution make our first level support able to delete the "one time password" for our users, but nothing else.

Which of the rights in "Profiles - Device Access" allows the deletion of the one time password?

Is there anywhere a detailed description of those privileges?
The informations located at the administrator help "Device access - Sophos Firewall" don't describe the specifically privilieges.

  • Hi : Thank you for contacting Sophos community team. I checked locally and figured out that giving "Authentication" read-write permission in a custom administrative profile may help to full fill your requirement. However, that will not only give privileges to delete the OTP token but will allow managing other MFA settings as well to that particular administrator.

    Currently, we do not have any such micro sub-options inside the assigned privileges to manage such sub-options within that option and you may raise FR on Ideas Portal to submit it to the Sophos PM team.
