I'm running firmware version 18.0.5 MR-5-Build586 on a Sophos XG330. I'm having problems with ddns updates. When I try to ping my ddns, it returns a different IP than what Sophos has updated. The IP address is correct as of the last update in Sophos Dynamic DNS, but the ping result is incorrect. As a result, I am unable to access my DDNS link.
Furthermore, when I try to create a new DDNS by selecting Sophos as my Service Provider, the error "DDNS service is currently unavailable" appears, as shown in the image below. If I choose a different service provider, I can edit, add, or delete, but when I choose Sophos, the issue persists.
I need some guide to solve this issues.
