Unable to reach XG firewall via Sophos central

Hello,

We have one firewall in our sophos central tenant and the device is located at the customer.


I got: (this page does not work) or (An error occurred during a connection to) when I try to reach the firewall ui.


The last connect (SYNC & MANAGEMENT) was on 18/04/2022.


I used another browser and cleaned cookies but this did not help.
