Remove all FQDN Hosts and Host Groups at once

I am wondering if there is a way where I can remove all of the FQDN Host Groups followed by the Hosts at once without having to delete them page by page within the GUI? I tried pushing a policy from SFM (working to migrate to Sophos Central) and overwriting the existing policy, but this does not seem to do the trick.

Small background: We are trying to eliminate the external DNS requests that seem to be caused by these groups and hosts. I understand the TTL can be adjusted for these, but we are not utilizing any of the UTM features and would like this outright disabled. We are a Government lab and this is one of the things the Cyber team is trying to get us to eliminate. Once the host groups and hosts were deleted, these queries stopped.

  • Maybe another approach: You could simply use Import/Export to edit all profiles and use one DNS Record, which is not existing. This would reduce the DNS from X to 1.
