Still no 2.5Gbe support (intel i-225 drivers :s ...)

If I am not mistaken this is because they are still using the well tested Linux 4.14 kernel. Until this is updated, some newer cards such as the i225 will not be supported. I too run this on personal hardware and out love support for this drive because of some of the cheaper multi NIC NUCs that are out but I do prefer stability over cutting edge.

I think you will find the i225 are in the same classification as i219, home/PC use not server etc.

That is correct but I also have read that some of the newer Linux 5.x kernels have the drivers built in for the i219/i225 NICs. Just trying to relay some information I have read on some of these NICs.
