SSLVPN service Dead after migrate from SG to XGS

Hi All,

Recently just upgraded from SG430 to XGS4300 using the migration tools.

After much struggling with the reconfiguration, the SSLVPN service is shown dead and the clients are not able to connect using the same user profile.

Reconfiguration of the SSLVPN does not help and the service still shows DEAD.

Can someone kindly advise on who to resolve the issue?

  • Check if all services are running  (from dashboard)

    if SSL-VPN is not running ... rebuild the "default" certificate.

    (this solved exactly this problem this week ... THX to Sophos support)
