dropouts lan to wan with wan-zone and multiple IPs/nat rules

Hi there,

I am facing an issue and I am not quite sure where to go from here. The issues are on Wifi and on cabled workstations.

It looks like a lot of people are having connection issue especially when doing team-calls or whatsapp. What I see on the log-viewer and I do not really understand is seen in the attached screenshot. Could there be a problem with the wan zone and/or nat-rules? I havent seen this pattern. before...

    Invalid Traffic is no real issue. It is simply the logging of the application, which is already closing. So the application has already closed the connection for whatever reason and your Firewall is logging the closing traffic. You can disable invalid traffic.

    What you could try: https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000038900?language=en_US

    Try to exclude your Firewall rule, you are using here (43) in ATP and check again.

    Check for the decryption, if this is enabled or not.
