Disconnect Mobile Agent Issue

Hi;

In Android & iOS: when I Authenticate with Sophos agent; It has showed me you are connected but when I clicked on disconnect, it shows me: "You are disconnected" but my mobile device has internet access yet. and when I check user activity I can find my mobile device. The interesting thing is that when you click on logging again, The time and data used by the user in the user activity of Sophos Xg will be zero. How can I fix this problem? Is this problem because of the agent and development issue?
