I have two Sophos firewalls linked via LAN cable, as below
The routing rule and firewall policy are set between firewalls to Allow LAN networks to Access each other on both sites.
and everything is okay, we can access servers and clients from both sites.
BUT I have one CUCM on one site, and when I start to use cisco desktop phones in site number two. I face some issues.
One-Way voice ( Site two can hear a voice, but site one can't hear us ) and sometimes ( site one hear site two, but site two can't hear site one ),
All phones can reach each other via PING protocol.
I set the below command in both firewalls, but the issue still exists.
set advanced-firewall udp-timeout-stream 150
set ips sip_preproc disable
system system_modules h323 unload
Could you advise me about a solution for this issue, please?
