 how can i disable the Capture Code on the User Portal Site and add our Company Logo?

Hi JanKellermann Captcha query has been addressed in another thread , For the Company Logo update in the user portal - Unfortunately, as of now, there is no customization at all for the user portal. You may submit the feature request or may upvote on any such exciting request.
