Our sophos XG105 , running 16.05.2 MR-2 died during firmware upgrade.
(Nothing on serial or VGA , I gave up on it)
However, we do have a recent config saved, and we try to at least view it to we have a clue what config was , like firewall/nat rules and address objects.
What are recommended steps?
I already started a VI-18.5.2_MR-2.HYV-380 VM having 4 NICs. Restoring this file doesn't throw an error, but after reboot , I'm still back at default VM config. Like nothing got restored
