I've just read some threads about similar problem without luck.
My XG is configured with a primary wan as active and a second line as backup. I've configured a couple of SD-WAN rules to redir always on the second wan the traffic for some specific sites.
My issue is after a while (not noticed it's always the same time) the second wan goes down (I recived the email trought the Sophos Central) and never restore.
If I connect to the xg console and start to ping "www.google.com" using the command "ping interface PortX www.google.com" the responds correctlly arrive and after some seconds on the wan link manager the second wan result online!
I've tried different rules for failover, theese are the one used until today:

Someone else has the same issue as I have?

PS: the timeout for failover is set to 60 seconds.
