Tunnel is created

Question

Hi, 
 
 Wanted to know the logic behind that If tunnel is created but remote location resources are not accessible even though I have seen while troubleshooting others that they PING the remote location local IP then also they get reply. 
 Please explain how is it possible.

IPsec Remote / Local Subnets are only routes. You need Firewall Rules to allow this traffic. There are certain things to be in place in a peer to peer connection, like the other end needs to follow the same rules.
