Black Screen with SW-18.5.2_MR-2-380.iso after Selecting "INSTALL" and Pressing Enter at Boot UP of USB Flash Drive

I am using Brand New Firewall Hardware that Uses UEFI as the Boot Option

I used Rufus to create a UEFI Boot UP Flash Drive

On Boot UP and Pressing Enter Key at the Option >>> INSTALL >>>

I get a Black Screen

Is there anyone around this issue

I can Install the Latest Version of Untangle with UEFI with out any issues

But I WANT Sophos XG - But cannot seem to install it on my Hardware

    uefi is not supported for the home version.

    I was wondering if there is somewhere I can download the Retail Version of Sophos XG Firewall to try the installation on my UEFI hardware ?

    Just to see if the Retail Version Works on my Custom Hardware ?

    Where can I download this Retail OS of Sophos XG ?

    Hi,

    sorry you can't install hardware specific XG on your own hardware. You could try setting ups VM and using the VM install package.

    The alternative is to change the bios to non Sufi ode.
