How to prevent Android Users from Accessing internet

Hello,

* Company employees access internet through captive portal using their cell phones, how I can prevent them from accessing the internet with their android phones during the work hours, and I know I can prevent them by blocking the mac address, but the number of employees r quite big, so i wonder if there is a solution or rule to prevent them from accessing internet and let be only exclusive for their PCS

* another problem I'm facing is .... every time employees try to log into Outlook, they have to go through the captive portal, so is there any rule or practice to let them open outlook directly without logging into captive portal to use it

    Hi Ahmed El-Menshawy, 

    We cannot block devices based on OS.

    You can try by installing CAA client on System and enabled MAC blinding on user and set simultaneously login 1 on users to restrict the login.

    For outlook, you can create FQDN base firewall rule for your mail server and keep on TOP to allow outlook without authentication

    Maybe have corporate wifi for your laptops and a guest wifi for personal phones?  That would allow you to implement different policies.

    But anyone on a phone can switch to the cell network and access the internet anyway.  If you have a corporate policy that people should not be browsing the internet during work hours, you will need to implement that policy even if they are not going through the XG.
