Are you using Web Proxy or the DPI engine?

If you’re using the DPI engine, this does not support Safe Search, instead, you’ll need to use the regular Web Proxy.

Thank you for your response; the Firewall Rules settings are already configured. Even those Safe Search Settings have been set in Web Filter Policy, and the SOPHOS Certificate has been deployed and is working well with other sites.

Only Safe Search is Not Work and before Update Firmware Version Form 17 to 18 it is Working Fine.

Hello Kalpesh,

Thank you for the screenshot.

You need to select Block QUIC protocol, and double-check with a GUI Packet Capture, that the traffic is hitting the correct firewall.

If the issue persists please open a case with support to get this investigated,

Yeah I think QUIC uses UDP 80, so if the services in your rule are set to ANY or include UDP80, traffic can bypass safesearch via that. (Unless you tick the box as advised).
