VPN configuration

Hello everyone!!
I have the SSL VPN connection configured in the company's network, however several users have reported problems when connecting, the traffic light stays amber, (not all users).
As a measure I have reinstalled the SSL VPN Client and that solves the problem.
Is there any other configuration s/or connection method that allows me to make the VPN connection, perhaps through a previously shared key, if there is any additional method, I ask for your support, please, to know the alternative and how to configure it.
