MAC ADDRES Blocked By SOPHOS

Are you seeing something like this? if so that would be expected.

I am not 100% clear on the MAC address blocked, you mean only this computer is not getting an IP or you create a block rule for this device?

Is the XG the DCHP server?

In my case , only one computer was blocked by sophos XG , is not getting ip address from the DHCP  

the request was blocked by sophos ( appliance access denied ) , 

When i check the  logviewer  i get somthing like this :
