eMail bounce after replacement of Firewall

Good morning,

we have made a backup of our old SG310, uploaded it to the new XGS3100.

All settings were applied, however all incoming emails are marked as bounced and do not arrive at our local Exchange Server. The settings are 1 -1 to the old system.

When we reconnected the old SG310, emails were delivered again.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

the SG310 is a UTM firewall while the XGS3100 is an XG firewall. So how were you able to upload the SG310 configuration into the XGS3100?

Also which version of XG software are you using?

Both are running on SFOS 18.5.2 MR-2-Build380

Things to check

1/. ports are the same order

2/. that the ca has been correctly,updated on the xgs .
