XG and AZURE - no access to the User Portal website

Hi Folks,

i am testing the XG Template in Azure at the moment with a 30 days registered Trial ... and i can`t reach the User Portal:4443 - only the Admin Portal:4444.

I tried it with the External IP and the FQDN - both the same.

In the network security group:

Inbound Security Rules
101
4444
tcp
Any
Any
Allow
i placed the same security rule for 4443. 
104
4443
TCP
Any
Any
Allow
but still no access ... timeout / not reachable in the browser tab - if i change the port to :4444 in the same tab - everything is fine!

Maybe i forgot something.

Would be nice, if someone has an idea or can help me.

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    Are you able to SSH into the XG? If so, you could try to do a tcpdump to see if the packets are arriving to the XG on port 4443.

    Also, make sure the User Portal is listening on Port 4443 and not 443/4445, (System >> Administration >> Admin and user settings) also try changing this to port 443 for testing (Created the security group to allow this), and finally, make sure User Portal is enabled on the WAN/LAN zone. (System >> Administration >> Device Access).

    thanks a lot for your post ... and really funny ... restarting the vm ... and everything was fine ... it was possible to reach also the user portal.
