Allow specific website and application without authenticate

I have followed the steps, but still failed

is there any policy or setting have to create or block it? When i change the destination to ANY, it will back to normal without any restriction, but it not what i want.

Please click on log Viewer and check  Web filter log and check the denial log for Source IP and allow the URL related to Facebook which is getting denial on log.

Just to confirm is this meant the traffic is allowed? but im not sure why i cant access the website too.

above filter will show you the denial log for Facebook and allow on FQDN rule

By the way can you provide me the FQDN host for MS teams, skype whatsapp, wechat and zoom?
