Has anyone experienced issues with their XG106 firewalls? We've had a number of them that start to freeze (no access to GUI) and the only way to get our clients up and running is to manually reboot them. Also, we've had a couple that after attempting to install firmware 18.5.2 the devices did not come up okay. So far we had 4 RMA last year. They were purchased separately and not at the same time, so we can't say it's bad batch. And this year there are 2 that are behaving like they need to be RMA.
We've worked with Sophos support and have setup logs captures, tested it in our office, etc. and just they end up being replace. The process is costing us a lot of money in man hours and clients are getting frustrated. We are trying to standardized with Sophos but don't think the process is working. Just curious if anyone else is seeing this.
