firewall rules transfert file from externe to ftp server in DMZ

Hi

sophos xg 330

i have ftp server on dmz with local users

externes users need to put files from branch ( vpn ipsec connexion) to this ftp server (directory)

How can these users connect and access to this server, what is all the fw rules that i will to configure?

    Hi Fotit, 

    Are you able to reach the FTP server from your Branch office with ping test over ipsec ?

    We have to make sure you have added host or DMZ network on IPSec VPN tunnel and rule for the same.
