on APX530 it is possible to set The 5 GHz Channel to 100 and above.
Is this not possible on the APX320?

Yes. There are two radios in the APX320. Radio0 is doing 2.4 GHz or the upper Channels of 5 GHz. Radio1 is doing 5 GHz lower channels.
So you have to pick between 2.4 GHz or Upper Channels.
