Authentication fails on first attempt after configuring SSL VPN using Provisioning file

Hi,

It has been observed that the authentication to SSL VPN using Sc 2.2  fails on first attempt after configuring SSL VPN using Provisioning file, in the second attempt SC 2.2 shows the authentication username and password form with captcha  and then the authentication is successful, so whenever an user connects to the SSL VPN he has to try twice to authenticate, I am using AD SSO for authentication, I did not find anything suspicious in log viewer.
