Granting CLI Console access to accounts other than ADMIN?

How do I grant this access to accounts OTHER than the ADMIN local account?

Other local administrator accounts have been created (not tied to AD/LDAP) - they have been granted an Administrator profile:

However, I cannot find any way to grant the specific right for alternate admins to access the web based CLI. (Either remotely or on the network or via VPN)

Firewall Version: SFVH (SFOS 18.5.1 MR-1-Build326)

I take it by the lack of response that this likely isn't a feature that RBAC can grant access to? That the ONLY way to get console access in the web interface is to use THE Administrator account?

You could use SSH Keys and do it by this implementation.

SSH Keys will likely be the same kind of approach.
